True Organic, True Colombian!
Our organic Castillo coffee is grown high within the Andes Mountains in Miraflores, Piedecuesta located in Santander, Colombia. The high elevation and 63°F (~17°C) temperatures provide the best environment for the coffee to flourish. Each bean is hand picked, following a family tradition passed down over 70+ years. We roast our coffee to a full city (~medium) roast which can be purchased as either whole bean or ground. Each bag contains 1 pound (454 grams) and is sold in up to 5lb quantities of ground coffee, or up to 10lb quantities for roasted whole bean. Shipping is currently limited to the continental U.S. but with enough demand that can change so please, share this with friends and family. Support us and we will support your coffee needs!
